Android -Setup your phone as a WIFI
router
This tutorial for how to use your android phone as a WIFI router
STEP
Goto your android phone settings --> Wireless & network settings -- > Tehhering & portable hotspot ---> enable portable wifi hotpot or (based on your phone).

Turn on Your laptop or your android phone you can able to see new wifi connection with default name ANDROIDAP. you can change wifi name and etc configuration .

| Edit your wifi name and Password Protection etc.. |
Now i can able access my android phone as a wifi in my Tablet .
